The 12/1200/50 Mutliplus will also charge your leisure batteries at a rate of 50A while connected to a shore hook-up.

The 1200VA Victron Energy MultiPlus system acts as both a pure sin wave inverter and battery charger in one. Use up to 1000W while off-grid and 3000W when connected to shore power from the same sockets. What is the Victron Multiplus?

Inverter: The 1200VA Victron Energy MultiPlus converts your 12V leisure battery DC power into 230V to power your appliances while off-grid, up to 1000W. When connected to shore power it will intelligently switch to mains power with no interruption in supply. This has the added benefit of allowing you to use the same sockets throughout your van whether you are connected to shore power or off-grid.
